Oh my god, got my bike on tuesday, put it together that night, (only took about 3 beers). The next agenda goe as follows;
1) Destroy friends on wed. night ride.
2) Kill the competition on Saturday.
3) Enjoy a cold beer and BBQ after
4) Love my family.
5) Thank GT again.
I'm not sure if it will be in that order after sat. but either way it's gonna' happen.
I guess 1. already happened I loved putting the hurt on one of the strongest riders out of the group.
This saturday is the second of the Kenda Cup series and i'm stoked because it's on a course that i've been killing it on, the southridge park course in Fontucky, (Fontana, CA). Lets just hope I can put the hurt on the sport class this week.
Well, gotta get back to the patients at work,
Peace,
Bryan

i got in contact with another team rider this week and have already set up a race in big bear, (12 hours of temecula @ rim nordic). hopefully i can get a couple of rides in with him down where he lives, i hear that this is some epic riding.
i'm off to set up the tent, i'll post some pics later.

My first blog

Okay, here it is. My first step towards "blogging".
I feel like I've won the lottery, as of April 1st, 2009, (i hope it's not an April fools joke), I'll officially be a member of the GT bicycles dirt coalition MTB team. From what i understand there were only 39 of us picked from across the country, so forgive me if i still feel like it's not real.
Unfortunately I'm not off to a good start, I had to skip a night training ride to study for a test on cardiogenic shock and cardiac abnormalities on Tuesday, and a final on the following day. Not to worry though, I'm gonna be able to sneak a long ride with climbs in on Saturday before the family wakes. up.
I'm a full time student finishing up my degree for Registered Nurse, (Murse for male nurses). I'm also a full time parent to a beautiful 3 year old girl and a full time employee in an Emergency room in Torrance, CA.
Well I think that's it for now. Once I do this a couple more times, I'm sure I'll get much better.
Peace,
Bryan
